New in 2011: Noa

Noa represents the evolution of ceramic wood, with a hyper-natural interpretation of four types of treated natural wood identifying an equal number of living styles:

  • Blanchi, bleached oak;
  • Naturel, brushed oak with a particularly neutral natural style;
  • Flotté, brushed oiled oak with nuances of grey
  • Bruni, walnut reminiscent of old restored floors.

Special attention has been paid to reproducing the material quality of the wood. Particularly mat and with slight differences in reflection, the surface is slightly wavy with raised areas created by the brushing and planing.

 The axes are characterised by controlled colour variations with veining sometimes straighter, sometimes more curving but completely free from knots. The combination of this variety, together with the quality of the product, guarantees an extraordinarily natural result.

Noa is not the only ceramic parquet produced by Novoceram. In the Charme range, Origine is also inspired by the theme of wood, opting however for an interpretation complementary to the faithful imitation of nature, based on the tones and surfaces of wax treated pickled wood.

As well as the traditional 15×90 cm and 22.5×90 cm, strip tiles, Noa is also available in a square 45×45 cm size, already used with great success for the Origine ceramic wood, and a 30×60 cm size, an absolute innovation for top of the range ceramic wood tiles.

For outdoor areas, Noa is proposed in a 45×45 cm size with pre-scored strips, also available for the glueless “Novoceram Outdoor” system.
